When creating the Piece of Health programme I wanted a programme that was accesable for all regardless of abilities, budgets and age. We are on a mission to combat the amount of chronic illnesses we face here in the UK and beyond.
We are doing this via our fun group exercise classes, by working with housing associations, charities and within the workplaces as well as a more personalised service via our personal training sessions. So if you are looking to create a healthy lifestyle then we will have a service for you.
Group Fitness Clases
Pay as you go & membership options.
Our group exercise classes is where our community meets. Each class is made up of strength, cardio and mobility exercises to give you a total body workout. We have created these classes with beginners in mind, with options provided for all abilites. We also have parent and baby classes for those with little ones to mind.
Alongside our classes we also have options to purchase our Piece of Health programme to give you that little extra support for when the classes end. .
Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training
From £30-£65 a session.
Within both of our personal training and small group sessions you will work off a plan that has been personalised for your individual needs and goals. The only difference between the two is the level of coaching. In our personal training sessions you will recieve one to one coaching, whereas our small group sessions will be have 5 other individuals (maximum).
Corporate and Private Hire
Prices are given upon request.
